11 April 2013, Singapore – The Great FIJI Water Race, as part of Savour 2013, Singapore’s largest gastronomic extravaganza showcasing the best from world-renowned chefs and leading establishments in the food and beverage industry. To be held on Saturday, 13 April 2013 from 12noon to 4pm, the winner of The Great FIJI Water Race will walk away with the grand prize of $1,000 cash and one year’s supply of FIJI Water.
The race is a fun initiative by FIJI Water to engage participants in an exciting Amazing-Race style discovery of Savour 2013. To vie for the grand prize, contest hopefuls need to complete five tasks and three optional bonus tasks to earn the most points in the shortest amount of time, while blazing their trail through photos and captions on Instagram, with the hash tag #FIJIWaterSavour2013. In addition, mini prizes including goodies like complimentary cooking demonstrations with Balzac Brasserie’s Chef Jean-Charles Dubois at Tools of the Trade and delicious cupcakes from Cake Over Heels will be awarded to the first 100 participants who complete each task.
