“Instant Enormous Windfall, Good Health and Longevity” Horse-Shaped Yu Sheng

Peony Jade’s “Instant Enormous Windfall, Good Health and Longevity” raw fish ‘Lou-Hei’ Yu Sheng is designed and crafted in a prosperous horse-shape with four Chinese characters, 马上有钱, this creation is packed with fresh premium seafood like hamachi (yellowtail), tuna belly, Atlantic salmon, Australian abalone, fish roe, wasabi ebiko (prawn roe), wakame seaweed, jellyfish, pomelo, mesclun greens, shredded raddish and carrots, enhanced with chef’s secret self-crafted sweet sauce, citrusy yuzu juice and a sprinkle of truffle oil.   Deep-fried thin strips of lotus root chips, crispy fried vermicelli, roasted pine nuts and toasted sesame seeds are added to provide that extra delicious crunch to the dish.

Priced at S$198.88, the yu sheng serves up to 12 guests; the exclusive yu sheng is available for dine-in at Peony Jade @ Keppel Club.

Baked “Prosperity Forward” Horse Ingot

This exquisite “Prosperity Forward” Horse ingot which requires a lengthy preparation of up to 12 hours contains whole Australian abalones, crispy pork knuckle, chestnuts, flower mushroom, fatt chou  pork tendons, premium golden convoy, red dates and premium wood-ear mushrooms, All these goodness are  wrapped in aromatic lotus leaves encased in an ingot-shaped salt crust dressed with a red saddle with a Chinese character, 福,which means fortune.

Priced at S$288.88, the ingot serves up to 6 guests; this unique item is available for dine-in and takeaway at Peony Jade @ Keppel Club and Clarke Quay.

“Abounding Riches” Golden Suckling Pig Stuffed with Glutinous Rice

This was our favourite dish! This boneless golden suckling pig is roasted over slow charcoal fire to perfection and filled with delicious glutinous rice stuffing. Cleaved crosswise, each piece comes with soft, delicious glutinous rice embraced by a thin piece of pork with its remarkably crispy skin. Absolutely divine!

Priced at $8.88 per piece (min order of 6 pieces & above) and S$238.88 (item weighs at an estimate of 5kg before roasting), this whole roasted delicacy serves up to 12 guests; it is available for dine-in and takeaway at Peony Jade @ Keppel Club and Clarke Quay.
