The scrub contains micro-exfoliant beads along with bursting beads to help scrub away dead skin cells.The texture of the scrub is a gel-like texture and leaves a non-oily residue. In addition, it was also easy to rinse off too. It does not foam much so it doesn’t leave your skin dry and parched. My skin was left refreshed with a strong zesty mint scent which perked me up on sleepy mornings and the scent lasted quite a fair bit (1- 2 hours) and it would last much longer if you layer the scent with the moisturizer.
Overall, a very decent body scrub but I would have preferred if it was packaged in a squeeze tube instead of a pot.
I would definitely purchase this if it was part of The Body Shop’s regular series as Singapore constantly faces hot and humid weather all year long. Time to make a mental note to stock 1-2 more of the scrub before this limited edition range is gone!
