30 October 2012, SINGAPORE – In another fine collaboration between Samsung and Google, the Nexus 10 is born. The Nexus 10 boasts the world’s highest screen resolution of 10-inch WQXGA (2560×1600, 300 ppi) display which will give you amazing multi-media experience. Apart from the beautiful display, the Nexus 10 is packed with a blazing fast dual-core A15 processor and advanced MIMO WiFi, that promises to give you a boost in web browsing speeds up to 4x faster than normal WiFi. The tablet also have dual front facing speakers.
The Nexus 10 is incredibly thin at 8.9 mm and weighing just 603 grams (similar to the iPad 2 Wifi and GALAXY Note 10.1) is ideal, in my opinion, for travel companion.
New feature of the Nexus 10 is the new multi-user support that allows you to share your tablet with your family and friends without giving them access to private data. Another cool feature is the new Daydream mode on Nexus 10, where y useful or delightful information on can be displayed on your tablet when it’s charging. We can choose to display photo albums or get the latest news from Google Currents, and more.
The only deal-breaker for me is that the Nexus 10 comes in Wifi connectivity only. An LTE connectivity will be nice for a device that is meant to be used on the go. Another feature I wish they’ve included is the S-pen, which is useful for productivity.
