Located at 281 Alexandra Road, the new Audi Centre stood up by its futuristic exterior design and façade. It is designed by the collaborative effort  between Audi AG’s Corporate Architecture Department and Singapore’s own Ong & Ong. The iconic Audi Centre Singapore is the tallest Audi facility in the region, occupying 32,903 square feet (3065.80 square metres) with 8 stories above ground and 3 stories underground.

Especially for this event, the Audi R18 e-tron quattro race car was flown in. This is the race car that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the world’s most important endurance race. The Metopolitant Team can’t help but marvel at this cool and futuristic looking race car.

Unveiled on the same evening as the Audi Centre Singapore is the south-east Asia preview of the new Audi RS 4 Avant that has received glowing reviews from the international press. If that is not enough, yesterday was also the launch of the new Audi Q5, which will officially go on sale on Saturday, 15 December 2012.

To top the evening off, the guests were treated by a rare private performance by English singer/songwriter James Morrison. It was a perfect ending to the evening: to sip champagne while listening to the live performance of James Morrison who belted out his hit songs “You Gave Me Something”, “I Won’t Let You Go”, “Broken Strings” and many more, much to the delight of the guests that evening.
