Délifrance Celebrates 30 Years In Asia With Michelin Sandwich Launch

Members of the Media had the opportunity to get up-close and personal with the famous Michelin Chef Jacques Pourcel and even try their hand at making the Le Paris Sandwich

19 June 2013, Singapore – To celebrate 30 years of bringing authentic French bakery fare to Asia, Délifrance have launched it’s first-ever Michelin sandwich – the “Le Paris-Singapore” – created by renowned 1-star Michelin chefs Jacques and Laurent Pourcel from France.

To commemorate Délifrance’s 30th anniversary in Asia – the French bakery started its operations in Singapore back in 1983 – the company has decided to introduce a Michelin sandwich created by the Pourcel brothers in its cafes in Singapore and Hong Kong, with the sandwiches named after each country, i.e. “Le Paris-Singapore” and “Le Paris-Hongkong” respectively.

Le Paris-Singapore uses specially imported stone-baked rustic baguette from France which has a delicate aroma of fresh cream and sweet almond.

Enjoy the “Le Paris-Singapore” a la carte at just $10.80, or with any sparkling soda at just $12.80. The sparkling drinks are also available a la carte at just $5.00 each.

As part of the 30th anniversary celebrations, Délifrance’s customers will also be able to enter a lucky draw to win a “French Art of Living” experience* worth more than $6,000.
