Vivid Creations and SCRAP proudly present the 7th edition of the original Japanese live‐gaming ‘lockdown’ game concept ‐ Real Escape Game in Singapore Vol.7: ‘Escape from the Walled City’, based on the popular anime/manga, Attack on Titan.
REAL ESCAPE GAME (REG) offers a thematic puzzle‐based game that was the first of its kind to be brought in from Japan in 2012 and is a pioneer in the establishing of the concept of ‘Escape rooms’ in Singapore. REG focuses on the finest quality of puzzle contents and encourages real‐life social interactions and promotes team bonding and networking among players. REG is the only producer of large-scale escape games in Singapore, with an average of 100-200 participants in a session. For this upcoming Vol. 7, we are looking to break the boundaries by having 1000 participants in a session.
In this game, participants experience a ‘lock‐down’ for an hour, where teams would have to solve a series of puzzles that would lead them to the ultimate solution on how to escape. There are various types of puzzles for everyone – mathematical, logical, lateral, literal, and hands‐on. On average, only 7% of our participants have managed to escape in the past six volumes that we have had so far. The nature of REAL ESCAPE GAME keeps the participants’ adrenaline pumping throughout the whole ‘lock‐ down’ period.
The upcoming Volume 7 is based on the popular anime, Attack on Titan, in which revolves around the idea of participants being trapped in a walled city that protects them from the human-devouring titans. The fate of mankind lies in the participants’ hands, and they have to escape from this despair within one hour before the titans end the lives of all mankind!
