Chef Pang Kok Keong of Antoinette shatters the mold of tradition in a very nice way this Chinese New Year. The Queen’s Yu Sheng—his take on the classic raw fish salad—is set to change preconceptions forever. It’s a dessert; it has French elements; it comes with a hammer; and it’s eaten at the end.

Ichiban Boshi and Ichiban Sushi is taking Year of the Goat celebratory feasting to new heights with a new, unique Yuzu dressing for the traditional dish.

Available for dine-in and takeaway, the Auspicious Set, S$48.80, serves 7-10 people, perfect for large family reunions. Another option priced at S$38.80 is the Bountiful Set, which serves 4-6 people. With every Auspicious Set purchased, diners will receive a S$5 dining voucher and ang pow packets (red packets) while stocks last.

Additional raw fish – Maguro (Tuna), Kajiki (Swordfish) or Salmon – can also be ordered at S$6.80 for 8 pieces.

To start off Chinese New Year celebrations, PUMA introduces a footwear collection to commemorate the Year of the Sheep. The collection comprises two of the brand’s most iconic archive running footwear – the TX-3 and Cabana Racer.

In this collection, PUMA injects Chinese inspiration and tradition to these classic styles.
