Formed in Devon in the mid-‘90s, MUSE’s early material was likened to Radiohead, and its debut album Showbiz – which featured the hit singles ‘Sunburn’ and ‘Unintended’ – was a critical and commercial success. Since then, the band has gone on to establish itself as one of the leading lights of British rock music, with a string of hit albums. The trio is sure to be on fine form as it hits China just months after the release of its highly-anticipated seventh studio album Drones .

MUSE’s increasingly extravagant and spectacular stadium concerts and festival headlining performances have seen it become widely known for its live shows. Its previous shows have featured pyramids of LED screens, central stages with the band surrounded by the crowd and acrobats suspended from hovering ‘UFOs’. The band’s use of imagery and special effects has given it a reputation for creating some of the most memorable live experiences around, and the Singapore show will be no exception.
