From 28 May to 7 June 2015, The Fullerton Hotel and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore are honoured to host acclaimed Thai Chef Chumpol Jangprai, for a series of delightful culinary experiences. Showcasing a spectacular spread of authentic and traditional Thai delicacies, Chef Jangprai prepares a line-up of exciting treats that include a tantalizing Thai dinner buffet at Town Restaurant.

Alongside the smorgasboard of fresh crustaceans, Western and Asian dishes, at Town Restaurant’s dinner buffet, Chef jangprai’s introduces a spread of classic Thai highlights such as Soh Tum (Spicy Green Papaya Salad, Gaeng Kiew Wan (Green Chicken Curry), Tom Khai Gai (Thai Coconut Chicken Soup) and Pad Tha 9Stir Fried Thai Noodles). Indulge in some well-know Thai desserts including Tum Tim Grobe (Water Chestnuts in Coconut Milk and Syrup) and Kao Neaw Dum Piek Pheuak (Black Glutinous Rice with Taro).

From Sundays to Tuesdays, indulge in Chef Chang Jangprai’s delicious creations with Town’s international delights at S$55* per adult and S$28 per child. From Wednesdays to Saturdays, guests can choose to enjoy the sumptuous feast with a gourmet barbequed selection and free flow of Tiger Beer and Singapore Sling for 2 hours at S$89* per adult and S$44* per child, or with an international and seafood selection at S$69* per adult and S$34* per child.
