Here’s a few of our favortie dishes!

What’s Your Beef? ($18) – only 30 servings per day

This stand-out dish comes with 150g of succulent roast– cooked to perfect medium-rare doneness. A whole slab of Australian ribeye is marinated with simple aromatics such as thyme, salt and pepper, which allows the quality of the meat to shine without being overpowered. The slab is then slow roasted to tender perfection. It also comes with grilled corn seasoned with furikake, sautéed mushrooms, honey glazed carrots, a wobbly onsen egg, and golden garlic chips.

Polenta Mash ($18)

A personal favourite of Darren’s, the Polenta Mash showcases a homemade aburi chashu roulade with a side of warm truffle polenta mash, sautéed mushrooms and Parmesan cheese shavings. This comforting dish is Ninja Cut’s take on the hearty Southern-Creole breakfast of pork and grits.

The Cheeky Cheese ($18)

Sister outlet Ninja Bowl may have its own version of the 24-hour braised beef cheek, but Ninja Cut kicks it up a notch with its own Japanese curry rendition. The cheek is seasoned with red wine and braised for a full day in the curry to create a wonderful, full-bodied flavour. It is impeccably paired with an oozy grilled cheese brioche sandwich which is perfect for sopping up gravy.

We asked for more of the cheezy bricohe cause they were simply sooooo addicitve.

Marvellous Matcha ($16)

This artisanal matcha ‘hotcake’ is filled with a green tea fondant and then baked to a crisp at 200 degrees Celsius. The pancake is then topped with a dollop of ricotta cheese and adorned with pretty edible flowers, speculoos crumble, yuzu peel, and homemade chewy dango. As the dish is created to order, it requires a 15 to 20-minute waiting time.
