4 December 2012, Singapore – Coming our way in mid-January 2013 is the latest from Lenovo: the ultra cool Y-Series IdeaPad.
The Y-series IdeaPad: Y400 and Y500 were designed with performance and portability in mind. When we talk performance, we mean multimedia capability. This is the one laptop that is designed with gamers like myself as their intended market. Just looking at the press release images itself left me drooling for one.
The coolest feature about this laptop is that it sports an interchangeable bay, in which we can instantly swap out for various functions such as dual graphics capability, increased storage space or an additional cooling fan. So whenever you need an extra power or storage, you can have that extra boost. Whatever the task you have at hand, be it for editing videos or playing the latest extreme, high graphic intensive and power sucking computer games, these laptops can handle almost any task thrown at them.
When & How Much?
The Lenovo IdeaPad Y400 and Y500 will begin retailing in Singapore from mid January 2013 through all authorized Lenovo retailers, with prices starting from S$1,699 and S$1,999 respectively.
