The annual crab feast at Plaza Brasserie is back by popular demand. From 13 June to 27 July, indulge in a delectable spread of 27 crab dishes at Plaza Brasserie, including freshly prepared whole crabs in 14 different styles!
Crustacean fanatics will love their new Crab Kut Teh creation that is steeped in a richly flavoured broth of crab shells, pork bones and ‘Bak Kut Teh’ spices, served to your table in a sizzling claypot. Other new delights include Cereal Crab where aromatic curry leaves complement the crunchy golden cereal stir-fried with whole crab; and don’t miss the savoury Marmite Crab perfectly glazed with a dark glossy sauce of maltose and honey. Don’t miss the long-time favourites such as Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab, Salted Egg Crab, Nonya Crab, XO Crab and Steamed Crab with Dang Gui.
Four new mouth-watering crab dishes await too – work up an appetite with Spicy Crabmeat Salad and enjoy the refreshing Crabmeat Tartlet consisting of shredded fresh crabmeat infused with shallots, red chilli and chopped coriander balanced on a delicate tart shell. Their skilful prata chef tops it off with two star creations: the spice-infused Crabmeat Masala and Crabmeat Roti John stuffed with sweet chucks of crabmeat.
