The Halia at Raffles Hotel launched their new communal feast menu. Curated by Executive Chef Ciaran F. Armstrong, diners can now feast on contemporary European cuisines with Asian influences in the new communal feast menu. The communal feast menu is perfect for 3 – 4 persons. Great if you are on a double date or just out with a few friends.
Communal Feast Menu – Hearty
*Priced at $270++ for 4 pax, inclusive of a communal jug of Lemongrass or Iced Tea.
Available daily from 12pm – 2.30pm (last order at 1.30pm) & 6pm – 10.30pm (last order at 9.30pm).
Signatures from the communal feast menu includes the Oriental Pulled Duck, served with gherkin, caper, microherb salad and soba noodles.
Diners looking for a lighter option will enjoy the Goats’ Cheese Mousse with a salad of heirloom tomatoes, dehydrated olive, dried brioche and drizzled with wild honey.
Meat lovers should look forward to the Mince Beef “Zhajiangmian”; Twice-cooked Spatchcock of Spring Chicken and Gunpowder’ Wagyu Rump.
For a sweet end to the feast, indulge in the Coconut Parfait, a combination of caramelised pineapple, ginger flower and chocolate, as well as the Sticky Toffee Pudding.
