Once the bottle is fixed to the airtight tap, it is immediately pressurised with carbon dioxide while being filled. This prevents oxidisation and loss of carbonation, maintaining fresh, fizzy beer. Then, as soon as the bottle is full, it is immediately capped and handed to the buyer, making the entire process very efficient and hygienic.
So here is the conversation starter! Beer growlers are the perfect party partner storing 1.89 L (64 ounces or approximately 4 pints) of ëamber nectarí and they look outstanding on the table. Since Amber Nectar is the first in Singapore to import and use special growler stations, customers can be assured of beer that has been properly filled and stored. Brown glass is used to keep out UV rays, ensuring the beer remains as fresh as possible. A sealed growler can be stored for up to seven days in the refrigerator.
