Toss to a year of abundance and good fortune with the Lobster Yusheng by Pince & Pints. Pince & Pints famed for their Lobster rolls, has added chunks of fresh steamed whole live lobster and their own homemade sauce to complete this celebration must-have. Lobsters, are otherwise known as “the dragon of the sea” which is a symbol of strength and good fortune for the coming year ahead.
Apart from lobster, the Yusheng includes Salmon sashimi, strips of carrots, preserved cucumber, preserved melon, preserved lime, red sweetened ginger, tangy pomelo sprinkled with cinnamon powder, pepper and finished off with ground peanuts, sesame, lemon and pok choy (crispy golden pillows) tossed in home made sweet plum sauce.
The Lobster Yusheng will only be available for takeaways only via pre-order from 4th January to 24th January 2016. Collection dates will be from 3rd February to 6th February 2016- 5pm onwards on weekdays and 12pm – 11pm on Saturdays.
