Kick off the festive celebrations with the tantalising Oriental Afternoon Tea Experience available throughout January and February, featuring an array of scrumptious bites such as the Crispy Prawn Ball generously coated with cereal egg floss and drizzled with salted egg mayonnaise, along with Mala Toast and creamy chicken mousseline topped with scallions. For a zesty and spicy punch, delight in the Honey-Glazed Chicken Wrap with Asian pickles and sriracha, and aromatic Char Siew Pork on brioche with cucumber and glazed pineapple. Satisfy your dessert cravings and tuck into the Mandarin Orange Marmalade with citrus mousse; Ong Lai Crunchy Choux jazzed up with pineapple compote and delectable Bak Kwa Floss Scone.
The Oriental Afternoon Tea Experience is available at S$52++ per guest and S$98++ for two throughout January and February, daily from 3 to 5 PM. To elevate the feast, top up with a flute of “R” de Ruinart Champagne at S$72++ or one of MO BAR’s regionally inspired cocktails at S$68++. The special menu will also be served over the Chinese New Year holiday, from 29 January to 2 February, with seating available from 12.30 to 2.30 PM and 3 to 5 PM (priced S$58++ per guest). Satiate your appetite for the new menu at home, enough for two adults and two children priced S$98++ per set, available for island-wide delivery or pick-up daily from 2 to 6 PM, with orders placed two hours in advance.
