Bon Broth: A Fusion of Culinary Traditions
Bon Broth, the latest creation by celebrated Asian chef Andre Chiang, combines the rich traditions of French bone broth and Chinese double-boiled soup. Chef Chiang, known for his highly acclaimed restaurants such as Restaurant ANDRE and RAW Taipei, has developed a unique menu featuring a variety of broths crafted with fresh produce and simple cooking techniques. This concept aims to offer a balanced and healthy dining experience, with Bon Broth set to open in Q4 of 2024 at Raffles City.
Mensho Tokyo: The Art of Ramen
Founded by ramen master Chef Tomoharu Shono in 2005, Mensho Tokyo has gained a global following with its innovative ramen creations that blend traditional techniques with modern flavors. The Singapore outlet, opening on July 20, 2024, at Raffles City (#03-43), will be the 18th Mensho Tokyo location worldwide. Alongside classic favorites, the Singapore branch will feature exclusive-to-Singapore ramen dishes and, for the first time, desserts.
MoVida Original: Spanish Tapas Reimagined
Helmed by Chef Frank Camorra, MoVida Original has been a staple of Melbourne’s dining scene since 2003, known for its top-notch tapas and sharing plates. The Singapore outlet, led by ex-Head Chef Adrian Clemmens, will bring the same high standards and distinct personality to Raffles City (#03-43), opening on July 27, 2024. Expect MoVida’s renowned dishes alongside new creations exclusive to Singapore, perfectly paired with an exciting selection of award-winning wines.
