Some books impress you. Some books entertain you. A rare few leave a bruise. Most people want life to make sense. They want their losses to mean something. They want the universe to eventually balance its accounts. BIRKENSTOCK 1774 : MATTER and SHAPE 2026 in Paris. Phu Quoc has spent the last several years quietly becoming one of Southeast Asia’s most interesting resort destinations. La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton, was already one of the best reasons to go. The new wing makes the argument considerably stronger. Goodwood Park. Singapore’s grand dame of Scotts Road has been hosting the city’s most considered celebrations for well over a century, and this year’s Easter Sunday programme is exactly the kind of thing the hotel does better than almost anyone else — a proper feast, thoughtfully composed, with enough going on that nobody runs out of reasons to linger. You replay the dinner conversation at 2am. You felt something shift in the room when nobody else did. You left the party exhausted while everyone around you seemed fine. The adidas x Audi Revolut Formula 1 Team collection is the inaugural collaboration between two of sport’s most recognisable names, and it reflects the ambition of both. Comprising around 160 pieces across apparel, footwear and accessories, the range is designed for everyone from Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto in the cockpit to the engineers, mechanics and fans in the grandstands. Every piece operates from the same design logic: greyscale silhouettes drawn from the strength of titanium, unified by subtle red accents that mirror the car’s own performance character. You are seated at a beautifully laid table, a glass of sake in hand, watching a chef position himself over a whole Tuna Maguro and draw a long knife. The room goes still. And then it begins. There is a particular kind of afternoon that Club Med has always understood better than anyone else. The kind where you have not thought about work, your phone is face down, and the only decision you have made since lunch is whether to order another drink. For 75 years, that has been the Club Med promise. This year at Club Med Phuket, Aperol helps deliver it.
