On Friday, 28 February 2025, from 7pm to 9pm, guests will enjoy two hours of free-flow sake, featuring a curated selection of five premium sakes from Sake Taberu, a brand known for its dedication to authentic craftsmanship. Each sake has been carefully paired with five types of butler-passed canapés, designed to elevate the flavors of every pour. Highlights of the sake lineup include:
- Ghost Sake (Kyoto, 6% ABV): A light, smooth brew made with mochigome rice.
- Go Diner (Niigata, 15.5% ABV): An award-winning sake with a delicate, rich, and clean taste.
- Candy Shop (Niigata, 13% ABV): A playful and aromatic sake crafted with sasaiwai gohyaku rice.
- Koshino (Niigata, 15.5% ABV): A premium sake made with yukino seimai rice, hailing from Japan’s most renowned sake-producing region.
- Sakura Sake (Kyoto, 6% ABV): A delicate and floral sake made with mochigome rice.
