It’s not every day that a local favourite relocates with such quiet confidence—and lands with unmistakable flair. For more than a decade, Binomio Spanish Restaurante carved its reputation on Craig Road as one of Singapore’s most beloved Spanish dining spots. But in December 2024, it did something unexpected: it reinvented itself. Now nestled within the iconic Raffles Singapore, Binomio has entered a bold new chapter—refined, artful, and unmistakably rooted in the soul of Spain.

Walk through the colonnades of the Raffles Arcade and you’ll hear it before you see it—the low hum of conversation over clinking cava glasses, the unmistakable crackle of croquetas fresh from the pan, and the warm hospitality that defines the Spanish table. Inside, the restaurant is a tribute to both heritage and modernity. Award-winning Sevillian artist Fernando Oriol was commissioned to design the space, weaving gold-leaf sculptures and iron-brass installations into a palette of deep blues and golden hues. The result? A space that feels alive—elegant yet welcoming.

A Kitchen Led by Michelin-Polished Hands
At the heart of this transformation is Executive Chef Félix Noguera, whose culinary lineage includes time at Spain’s three-Michelin-starred Can Fabes and Aponiente. From London’s Nobu to Miami’s Cipriani Downtown, Chef Félix has built a repertoire that speaks to both refinement and soul. His menu at Binomio is unapologetically Spanish, yet elevated with contemporary technique and sustainability in mind—honest ingredients, zero waste, and flavours that speak for themselves.
Tapas That Tell Stories
Under the sun-drenched alfresco bar, begin with a flight of croquetas (from $18), each more addictive than the last: mushroom-stuffed with oyster, porcini and maitake; squid ink-laced truffle versions; and Binomio’s signature chicken and 60-month aged Ibérico ham. Shareable favourites like Chorizo a la Sidra ($28), served in warm, cider-soaked bread, and Zamburiñas ($18) baby scallops kissed with chive oil, offer the kind of comfort that encourages lingering.
The Bienmesabe de Lubina ($19) reimagines fried sea bass with paprika-spiced crunch, while Ensaladilla de gambas($16), a prawn and potato salad topped with pickles and capers, brings just the right touch of acidity.

Inside the Main Dining Room
For those craving something more substantial, Binomio’s main dining room delivers with finesse. From the Carpaccio de Lubina ($34) dressed with truffle vinaigrette to the soulful Fideua de Pato ($79)—angel hair noodles with duck and maitake mushrooms, served in a hefty paella pan—each dish is a love letter to Spanish culinary tradition.
For indulgence, don’t miss the Bogavante con salsa de marisco ($78), a luxurious sous-vide lobster served over asparagus purée, or the Silla de Cordero ($42), where lamb saddle is cooked low and slow before being seared plancha-style and finished with thyme demi-glace.

Dessert & Drinks with Flair
Pastry lovers will be drawn to the Basque Cheesecake ($14), its caramelised top hiding a cloud-like interior, and the ever-popular Churros con Chocolate ($12). Those seeking surprises should ask for the Tarta del Día ($14)—which, if you’re lucky, includes a decadent layered chocolate cake.
Drinks are just as carefully curated: from the mocktail Peach Mule ($12) to the house-favourite Orchid Smash ($25), made with apple brandy and a twist of yoghurt, or a classic Singapore Sling ($28) to toast the city Binomio now calls home.
Sundays at Raffles
The newly launched Brunch del Domingo invites guests to spend Sundays the Spanish way: leisurely, deliciously, and in good company. Priced at $88++ (or $158++ with free-flow Cava), the brunch begins with tapas, rolls into hearty mains, and ends with sweet classics.
