In a city that never pauses, stillness feels like a rare luxury. But what if you could find it—not on a mountaintop or overseas retreat—but right by the Singapore River?
This June, the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel quietly redefines what urban hospitality can mean with the launch of its first-ever energy healing and meditation series. Created in collaboration with The Centre for Inner Studies, the experience isn’t a gimmick or a trend — it’s a thoughtful return to something we often overlook: our own inner clarity.
Guests and visitors are invited to join guided Twin Hearts meditations, followed by individual energy healing sessionsled by certified practitioners in Pranic Healing, a system of no-touch therapy focused on realigning the body’s energy field. Each 60-minute experience is held within the hotel’s riverfront property — a space already known for its light, calm, and architectural openness. Now, it becomes a canvas for restoration.
This isn’t about quick-fix wellness. It’s about grounding. About learning to pause.
“Guests today are not just looking to check in — they’re looking to reconnect,” says Andrew Tan, General Manager of Grand Copthorne Waterfront. “This partnership allows us to offer something more intimate. Something that stays with you after you leave.”
