EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT POP TOY SHOW 2025: SINGAPORE’S MOST ANTICIPATED TOY CONVENTION RETURNS THIS AUGUST

From 22 to 24 August 2025, the Sands Expo & Convention Centre will transform into a playground for toy lovers, collectors, and pop culture fans. For its third consecutive year, the POP TOY SHOW Singapore (PTS) cements its place as Southeast Asia’s definitive designer toy convention, and this time, it’s headlined by none other than Hirono—the soulful, wide-eyed character created by Chinese artist Lang.

What’s New in 2025?

This year’s theme, Hirono’s Twin Cities Adventure, is a celebration of both pop culture and local nostalgia. Expect photo zones inspired by retro Singaporean playgrounds and exclusive merch that blends Hirono’s dreamlike world with local motifs like the Merlion.

And yes, there will be life-sized installations, including a towering 3-metre Hirono statue overlooking Marina Bay, turning the city skyline into your next Instagram backdrop.

Star Artists and Collaborations

Aside from Lang, fans will get the chance to meet top regional and international artists including:

  • Agee & Yep (creators of HACIPUPU)
  • Bao (creator of KUBO)
  • MonKiddo, the award-winning illustrator from Malaysia
  • Clogtwo, Singapore’s own graffiti and mechanical art maestro

These artists will host meet-and-greets, interactive showcases, and drop exclusive works that you won’t find elsewhere.

Event Square Goes Public

From 14 to 31 August, Marina Bay Sands’ Event Square will play host to a free outdoor activation—open to all. Think nostalgic setups, life-sized Hirono-themed playground pieces, and creative photo ops set against the iconic Singapore skyline.

  • Bring a charged phone (QR code ticket), cash for artist booths, and a tote bag
  • Portable chargers and water bottles are lifesavers
