24 October 2012, Singapore – Just days after their official launch of the Galaxy Note II and hours before the Apple’s Media event, Samsung launched their new ATIV Smart PC Pro and ATIV Smart PC. The products function as a tablet yet ensuring full productivity with its detachable keyboard docking system.

Designed for Windows 8, and with its 10-point touch screen, users can easily stay connected and productive (Facebooking doesn’t count as productive) on the move. With the power of a notebook PC and the convenience of a tablet PC, the 11.6-inch Samsung ATIV Smart PC Pro and ATIV Smart PC might just give the iPad mini a run for its money.

The ATIV Smart PC Pro and ATIV Smart PC are equipped with the Samsung’s signature WACOM digitizer S Pen. The S Pen has a 1024-level pressure sensitivity to make writing and drawing as simple and intuitive as possible.

The ATIV Smart PC Pro and ATIV Smart PC are 9.9mm and 11.9mm thick, respectively. For more detailed specifications, refer to the table below.
