4 July 2013, Singapore – Situated on the ground floor in the newly renovated Plaza Singapura, Bull and Butcher opened in June.The steakhouse has an open kitchen dining concept, giving you a full view of the chef cooking your meat.
Cowhide upholstered chairs and bespoke high tables fashioned to look like wooden butchers blocks are surrounded by warm wooden veneer and a signature wall of exposed brickwork featuring vintage images of prize bulls and butchers at work.
The majority of the menu, which features a variety of signature cuts from meat flown in from Australia and the US and fresh local and international seafood, will be prepared on Bull and Butcher’s customized charcoal grill. Specials and set lunch
menus will change daily and be presented on feature blackboards throughout the dining area. With generous sharing portions of popular side dishes such as creamed spinach, mashed potato, and sautéed forest mushrooms, Bull and Butcher promises a truly authentic steakhouse experience.
Bull and Butcher opens daily from 11.30am – 10pm and till 11pm on weekends and eve of public holidays.
