Are you a fan of hot dogs? Check out the newly opened The Mustard Incident. This gourmet hot dog concept presents a unique menu influenced by American, Mexican and South East Asian flavours.
All the sausages are tweaked to certain specifications by The Mustard Incident and processed at one of Singapore’s top butcheries with quality cuts of beef and pork with the buns being made at a local artisanal bakery
There are also traditional American favourites on the menu such as the ‘Chicago Dog’ which comes with a beef sausage topped with pickles, diced tomatoes and chopped onions with garlic sauce; ‘Bar- B-Dog’ a barbecued favourite with a huge pork sausage, topped with sautéed onions and BBQ and garlic sauce; and of course the ever popular ‘Coney Dog’drenched in generous amounts of beanless beef chilli, chopped onions and garlic sauce.
Customers can also wash down their gourmet hot dogs with a choice of international artisanal beers from the US such as Brewdog Dead Pony ale and Green Goblin cider from the UK and St Bernardus Witbier from Belgium. So, head down for some hot dog loving now!
