China One celebrated Valentine’s Day early and set a new record in the Singapore Book of Records with a total of 418 Instagram photos with the hashtag, #chinaonesg, taken within 2 hours. The event was graced by Guest-of-Honour, Dr Lee Bee Wah, Member of Parliament for Nee Soon South GRC and President of Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA), with the support of more than 175 Instagram-loving singles.
The party ended on a high note when the Singapore Book of Records’ President, Mr Ong Eng Huat, awarded the record certificate to China One’s director, Mr Tony Tan, and China One’s General Manager, Mr Kevin Chua. As the night was still young, singles stayed to enjoy pop/ rock live music performed by Top Tree as the free flow of house pours and beer continued until 11pm. Everyone brought home their very own Insta printa photos as momentos!
