It’s never too late to recommend a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant. The fad is still very much in and seems to be ever growing with new restaurants popping up everywhere in Singapore. The latest to enter the market is supposed to sound like chicken frying in hot oil!

With over 100 outlets spanning South Korea, China and Taiwan, Chir Chir Fusion Chicken Factory has finally landed in Singapore at 313@Somerset and Bedok Point. This newcomer is set to captivate palates with a mouth-watering array of unique chicken dishes and alcoholic beverages.

Distinguishing itself by only using fresh and definitely NOT frozen chicken, Chir Chir married a special garlic-soy, spicy and cream-based sauces, and even whipped cream in its recipes. All proprietary sauces and marinades are imported from Seoul to ensure consistency in flavour across Chir Chir outlets worldwide.

To complement the slew of fried and roasted chicken dishes on the menu, CHir Chir offers intriguing thirst-quenchers such as Tok! Tok!; a collection of four flavours mocktails (passion fruit, blue lemonade, green grape and berries) that can be turned into cocktails with the addition of soju; LadyKiller, a mojito slushie that replenishes itself with an upside-down bottle of beer; and Chir Cream Beer, a mug of draught beer crowned with fresh whipped cream.

Metropolitant definitely recommends the cocktails for more kick and downing a Chir Cream beer with friends without removing the whipped cream first. Naughty fun especially for couples!
