Move over Cronut, Cruffin has arrived in Singapore. Conrad Centennial Singapore presents an innovative creation by their head pastry Chef Bruno Philippe – the Cruffin.
Pronounced as “kraf-fin”, this buttery treat is a hybrid between a croissant and a muffin. It is baked and presented in the shape of a muffin, layered with flaky French buttery dough to give it the pull-apart texture of a croissant, filled with sweet delights. Conrad Centennial Singapore‟s Cruffins comes in four varieties of fillings – the all-time favorite Chocolate Ganache and Pastry Custard; as well as fruity flavors of Raspberry Marmalade and Apple Cinnamon Crumble.
Cruffins are available at The Terrace, located adjacent to Millennia Walk. The Terrace offers a quick bite on-the-go or alfresco dining with artisan sandwiches, signature pastries, cookies, cakes, gourmet coffee and teas. The Terrace is opened from 7:00am to 8:00pm on Monday to Friday, and 10:00am to 8:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
