Metropolitant’s Guest Celebrity Columnist – Elizabeth Lazan

Elizabeth Lazan is an actress, television host, producer, writer and now a guest celebrity columnist at Metropolitant.

This Italian/Chinese personality has spent the last five years away from Singapore to hone her craft in New York at the acclaimed William Esper Studio and pursue her career, with both acting and producing roles in movies, television and stage productions. Elizabeth recently received her first nomination as Best Supporting Actress at the Straits Times Life! Theatre Awards’15 for her role in Fat Pig by Pangdemonium. She can be seen next in Kelvin Tong’s Hollywood horror feature The Faith Of Anna Waters as ‘Ling Li’.

This multi-faceted Actress has also produced Documentaries (4×4 – Arts Central), Plays (Commencing, Therapy Love Bar), Art Shows (Future/Perfect SG – opening of Singapore Biennale) and has written movie and music reviews for Teens Magazine (SG), Cinema Online Malaysia, and adapted the lyrics and sound scape for designer Tara Subkoff’s performance/installation at New York Fashion Week’13.

A travel chaser, art lover and sucker for great chocolate, this lady makes every big (and small) decision with one life mantra: I do not regret the things I have done, but those I did not do. (Thank you, Empire Records)

Elizabeth is currently based between Singapore and Los Angeles – where you can find her cruising by palm trees on her 80s Panasonic pink bike hunting for the best Affogato.
