Welcome the beginning of an auspicious Lunar New Year with dishes specially crafted by the restaurant’s team of masterchefs. Additionally, spread the joy of the New Year with those who matter most with a selection of tantalising takeaway delights.

Lunar New Year À La Carte Selections

Don’t miss their signature Prosperity ‘Yu Sheng’ with Norwegian Salmon, accompanied by jellyfish, marinated papaya, pomelo, honeydew and snow pear, along with jellyfish, fried egg noodles and crispy salmon skin.

And a selection of hearty soups such as Braised Superior Bird’s Nest in Golden Sauce and Double-boiled Abalone Consommé with Maca Root Served in Teapot, followed by main course delicacies such as Stewed Pork Knuckle with Black Moss, Deep-fried Sea Perch Fillet with Spicy Mango Sauce, and Sautéed Prawns with Snow Peas in XO Sauce.

Lunar New Year Set Menus

Yan Ting’s gourmet set menus from 1 February 2018 to 2 March 2018. For more intimate gatherings, diners may select from four 6-course set menus priced from S$128.00++ per person, featuring delicacies such as Braised Bird’s Nest Broth, Steamed Marble Goby ‘Soon Hock’ with Chinese Olive, and Wok-fried Glutinous Rice with Wind-dried Sausages.

Groups of ten guests and above may select from a choice of set menus beginning at S$1288.00++ per table, with highlights like like Braised Fish Maw Broth with Dried Scallop, and Braised 10-Head Abalone with Prosperity Oyster and Black Moss in Oyster Sauce.
