Bring Home A Slice Of The Outdoors With OFC Provisions

Eat better with fresh grocery offerings such as the Garden Herbs Box ($8.00), featuring an assortment of fresh organic herbs from OFC’s garden that makes for a great addition to salads or flatbreads or grab a box of the Golden Boy Tomatoes ($7.50), grown locally at Meod Farm that are perfect for snacking. Not to be missed is the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Box ($35.00) which features 3kg worth of mixed local and ugly vegetables that change regularly based on availability. 

Perfect for storing, OFC will also be retailing their homemade pickled produce. Available in two sizes – small jar ($6.50) and large jar ($11.00) – the variety of pickles are great for adding a little kick to meals. Try the Ginger Flower Pickles that go wonderfully with fatty meats or the Cauliflower Pickles that are great paired with cheese and fruit. 

OFC Provisions will also be offering an assortment of salt, sauces, and syrups that are priced at $6.50 for two small jars. Customers can mix and choose between the Curry Leaf Salt, Kaffir Lime Salt, Preserved Black Bean Sambal, Fried Sweet Shrimp Sambal, Fermented Tomato and Pineapple Hot Sauce, or Smoked Gula Melaka Syrup. 

For fuss-free home cooking, OFC will be retailing their Pasta DIY Kit at $34.30. Perfect for two servings, diners can choose between the Carbon Neutral Beef Bolognese or Kin Yan Organic Musroom Tortellini.
OFC Provisions will be available for purchase at Tiong Bahru Bakery Eng Hoon, from 8am – 5pm and Tiong Bahru Bakery Safari from 11am – 9pm.  

Also available for delivery and takeaway are the sharing bundles ($60 – $90++) perfect for two people. Each sharing bundle comes with a starter, a main dish, a side dish, and dessert.

Start with the Genting Tomato Salad, tossed in a zesty dressing of wild pepper, basil. and organic olive oil before moving on to the main dish where diners can choose between the Tiberias Barramundi, cooked with smoked mussel butter and served with black rice seaweed crumble or the Whole Spatchcock Kampong Chicken, that is glazed with a tangy tamarind BBQ sauce. For a vegetarian alternative, diners can opt for the Garden Pesto Pasta, prepared with broccoli, snap peas, and sunflower. Each bundle also comes with a side of French Fries and dessert. End the meal on a delightfully sweet note with homemade OFC Donuts or the refreshing Dragon Fruit Guava Sorbet.

The family bundle ($140++), designed for two adults and two children, also includes the Kids Flatbread and Kids Bolognese from OFC’s carefully considered Kid’s Menu to cater to your little ones!
