We are a personal training gym located west of Singapore, specifically Jurong East. We started with the goal of helping individual clients achieve their goals, which include strength goals, fat loss goals and athletic goals.
WHAT’S UNIQUE AT YOUR GYM?
While we may not have many machines, which consist of a pendulum squat machine, what we focus on is strength training and body movements. We believe this equipment is enough to help one learn how to create lasting changes to their bodies. To change the body, you only need 5-8 exercises. Less is more.
WHO IS YOUR MAIN CLIENTELE?
Our main clientele revolves around the people living around the west side. Jurong to Redhill mainly. They are mostly office workers.
WHAT ARE THE TRAINING PROGRAMS AVAILABLE?
We focus purely on personal training. These programmes are – as you expect – tailored to the individual’s training experience, past injuries and training goals. We do have a template, but we modify it to fit our client’s needs at the moment.
WHAT IS ONE THING YOU WANT TO TELL OUR READERS?
Get off your ass. It doesn’t have to be our gym. You just have to start moving. Life happens. Work happens. But don’t neglect your health. Do something, anything. You future self will thank you.
