Meet the Chefs Behind the Flavors
Chef Sedtapat Sukpaisanpongsa, known as Chef Pop, hails from Bangkok and is determined to revive his family’s food legacy. Experience his signature Isan Sausage and his take on the classic Pad Thai Lobster at the live station.
Hailing from Chiang Mai, Chef Kamonwan Juntarasate, or Chef Por, is a young food connoisseur whose signature dish, Chef Por’s Khao Soi, combines Northern yellow lobster, chicken curry, and her mother’s secret Khao Soi paste.
With over 23 years of culinary experience, Chef Sittha Sa-Nguansat, or Chef JoJo, aspires to become a travelling chef like his grandfather. His signature dish, Phuket Moo Hong, is a Southern-style pork belly stew prepared using the sous vide method.
