Caryn Tang, with over three decades of expertise in hospitality, is a force to be reckoned with. From her beginnings as an Inflight Manager with Singapore Airlines to becoming the first Singaporean female to attain the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines and Spirits, Caryn’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring.

Her passion for water was ignited when she realized that many individuals often overlooked the importance of understanding the water they consumed. This led her to the Doemens Academy in Germany, where she became Singapore’s first female Water Sommelier.
