SINGAPORE CABLE CAR AND HELLO KITTY: A JOINT 50TH BIRTHDAY EXTRAVAGANZA

The Singapore Cable Car and Hello Kitty are celebrating their 50th anniversaries with a unique and delightful collaboration from 1 June to 31 December 2024. This exclusive event, the only one of its kind in Southeast Asia, invites families and Hello Kitty enthusiasts to experience specially-themed cable car cabins on the Mount Faber Line.

An Enchanting Ride

Visitors will be treated to a ride in Hello Kitty-themed cable car cabins, adorned with vibrant designs featuring hearts, cakes, and popular characters like Hello Kitty, Dear Daniel, and Mimmy. This unique experience offers picturesque views and numerous photo opportunities, making it a must-visit attraction for locals and tourists.

Mr. Buhdy Bok, Managing Director of Mount Faber Leisure Group (MFLG), emphasized the significance of this collaboration: “This celebration combines the nostalgia and charm of the Singapore Cable Car and Hello Kitty, creating unforgettable memories for guests of all ages as they soar above the city”.

Photogenic Highlights

At Mount Faber Peak, visitors can capture memories with a grand 2-meter-tall Hello Kitty sculpture dressed in a golden outfit, symbolizing the Golden Jubilee celebration. Additional photo spots include vintage cable car cabins adorned with Hello Kitty designs, enhancing the overall celebratory experience.

Ticket Details

Tickets for the Singapore Cable Car are priced at S$35 for adults and S$25 for children aged 4 to 12, covering a round-trip journey on both the Mount Faber Line and Sentosa Line. An upgrade for unlimited rides on all five Hello Kitty Cable Car experiences is available for an additional S$10 per day. Children aged 3 and below can ride for free.
