The annual seafood buffet is back with Boston lobster, Korean snow crab, live grilled favourites and more than a dozen lobster dishes inspired by flavours from around the world.
Lobster season is making its return to Lime Restaurant.
Running from 6 July to 6 September at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, this year’s Lobsterfest promises an even bigger spread centred around one of the world’s most popular crustaceans. Diners visiting during the opening week from 6 to 12 July can also enjoy 20 per cent savings on the dinner buffet.
The buffet opens with a seafood-on-ice station featuring fresh Boston Lobster and Korean Snow Crab before moving into a line-up of lobster dishes that spans both Asian and Western cuisines. Among the highlights are Lobster Bisque, Lobster Truffle Kombu Soba and Langoustine Parmesan Wheel Risotto.
One of the biggest draws is the return of Lime Restaurant’s live wood-fired grill, where Boston Lobster Thermidor and Flame-grilled Rock Lobster are prepared to order throughout the evening.
The menu also includes several dishes inspired by regional flavours, including Pickering Lobster Laksa, Singapore Chilli Crab Meat, Lobster Claypot Biryani, Sarawak White Pepper Lobster, Indonesian Lobster Curry and Lobster Claw with Sotong Masak Hitam. Those with room for dessert can round off the meal with the restaurant’s signature Durian Pengat.
Weekend diners will find a few additional exclusives on the buffet line, including Uni and Australian Lobster Tartare as well as Moutai Flambéed Lobster with Glass Noodles.
Lobsterfest has become one of Lime Restaurant’s signature annual events, drawing diners looking to enjoy lobster prepared in a variety of styles without having to choose just one. If previous editions are any indication, reservations are unlikely to stay available for long.
