Restaurant Ember in collaboration with Snorre Food, Chef Sufian Zain will be hosting Norwegian chef, Markus Dybwad for a 3 day dinner only promotion from the 28th-30th May 2015. Guest will be treated to a menu that will feature dishes highlighting the best of Norway’s seafood and dishes from Chef Sufian’s new menu.

Both chefs used to work together at Iggy’s and this reunion will allow diners to enjoy dishes that will highlight the freshness of the seafood. The menu will be a combination of dishes from each chef and a highlight on the main course; the Halibut collaboration by the both of them.
