MEAT-ing The New SKIRT – W Singapore


SKIRT at W Singapore has launched their new menu that features a twist to a few items from the previous menu and brand new dishes to tantalize your palate.

Incorporating ingredients such as the herb tobacco fennel with the ‘Confit Salmon’ or the ‘Pork’ dish with compressed apples and pork head croquettes as sides

A deconstructed ‘Rabbit’ cooked 4 ways and sea grapes roasted cauliflower to pair with the ’70° Octopus’.

Not forgetting the 30-day Jack Daniel’s single barrel dry-aged Tomahawk Steak. Tender and bursting with flavors, paired with a glass of Merlot, this was super satisfying.
