Guests can indulge in a selection of fresh patisseries straight from the bakery, local delights and a hearty spread of contemporary dishes. They can choose from heartier options like savoury Tartine with the choice of smoked salmon, Spanish ham or avocado hash; or a healthy Yellow Fin Tuna Tataki Bowl made with cherry tomatoes, radish, pecan nuts, quinoa and fresh yellow fin tuna tataki; Asian favourites such as Nasi Lemak or Seafood Mee Goreng, or scrumptious proteins options like Three-Egg or Egg White Omelette with Rosti, Huevos Rancheros, Corn Tortillas.
Accompanying the new brunch menu are healthy beverages packed with antioxidants and vitamins such as Beet-the Clock, Iron Boost or Charge Up, fresh blends and cold-pressed juices made from healthy fruits and vegetables; bespoke and nutritious smoothies made from guests’ choice of cereal, milk and fruits; a selection of exquisite Raffles blend of tea and coffee, as well local favourites like Teh Tarik and Kopi. For a perfect start to the day, guests can also create their very own Courtyard Brunch by selecting one Main Course, one Cold Beverage and one Hot Beverage at S$28++.
From 3.00PM to 9.00PM daily, Raffles Courtyard will continue to offer a selection of Southeast Asian small plates, including authentic Singaporean delights such as “Har Cheong” Boneless Chicken Thigh, decadent deep-fried chicken thigh in savoury shrimp paste, Singapore Chilli Crab Cake, made with succulent crabmeat and chilli crab sauce, and more.
For guests who are looking to unwind and chill with friends, Raffles Courtyard also offers a wide range of thirst-quenching mocktails, refreshing cocktails – including the signature Singapore Sling and Courtyard Specials such as Perry Cobbler, a summery and refreshing blend of pear, Sloe gin, polished Oloroso sherry and fruits of the season, or Pine Bamboo Cooler, a luscious blend of light, fresh Manzanilla sherry, pineapple, fennel falernum, fragrant mint tea and vermouth, as well as a curated selection of spirits, beers and wines.
