Onitsuka Tiger is pleased to introduce the latest addition to our Autumn-Winter 2020 Collection – the “Holiday Quilting Series”. The series features a festive-twist on 3 existing and iconic designs, the MEXICO 66, SERRANO, and LAWNSHIP 3.0.
The updated sneakers boast a lustrous quilted velvet upper and stitching for a sophisticated take, an inner sole imprinted with both the traditional Onitsuka Tiger logo as well as “Happy Holidays” for an added festive touch, and an ORTHOLITE™ insole for an extra layer of cushioned comfort.
SERRANO
The SERRANO shoe is inspired by the classic track and field spike shoes of the 1970s.
Its lightweight design features a special outsole which curves upwards towards the front, and subtly wraps around the sides of the shoe for a distinctive look.
MEXICO 66
The MEXICO 66 shoe takes inspiration from several classic training shoes including the LIMBER shoe, which was one of the first shoes to boast the Onitsuka Tiger Stripes and were later delegated to the national Japanese team at the 1968 MEXICO Games.
Its look, taken directly from the ‘60s, but designed for the present, gives the MEXICO 66 shoe its classic shape, slim styling and iconic design. Ideal for urban living, working and playing, the shoe is stitched with the legendary Onitsuka Tiger Stripes.
LAWNSHIP 3.0
The LAWNSHIP 3.0 shoe is the updated version of classic heritage court shoes.
While retaining design details from its predecessor, it additionally features a lightweight and flexible sole for lifestyle comfort.
A must-have holiday staple this festive season, the Holiday Quilting series is now available online and at Onitsuka Tiger Takashimaya S.C., Jewel, Suntec City, and Vivo City stores in Singapore. The MEXICO 66 and LAWNSHIP 3.0 retails at SGD 159 while the SERRANO retails at SGD 129.
