The Barbie® x Kipling collaboration is a response to the forthcoming Barbie core™ fever, expected to sweep the world this summer. Kipling, the renowned Belgian bag and accessories brand, is delighted to present its playful and positive collection, exquisitely colour-matched to the instantly recognizable hue synonymous with Barbie.
Innovatively crafted, the bags feature trimmings and zips in crisp white, enhancing the super sweet aesthetic. A transparent glaze lacquers the collection, resulting in a uniquely shiny version of Kipling’s signature crinkle nylon. The bags are further distinguished by a silicone Barbie logo tag attached to the seam, adding the iconic brand’s charm.
Adding whimsical detail, a doll wearing a Barbie-pink jacket dangles from the bag handle. Notably, the doll is also carrying an Abanu bag, adorned with Kipling’s beloved monkey charm swathed in Barbie-pink fur.
The collection highlights some of Kipling’s bestsellers, including the Art lightweight tote and the compact Seoul backpack.
