With a storied career spanning 23 years and a recognizable face from local television appearances, Chef Alvin introduces diners to a bevvy of delights. From the hearty Beef Short Rib Rendang, tenderly sous vide for a day in a homemade rendang concoction, to the locally-inspired dishes like Chef Steve’s Pickering Lobster Laksa and Chef Max’s Lobster Hokkien Noodles, it’s a veritable walk down memory lane for regulars.
