The much-anticipated Ice Magic event, renowned as Asia’s largest touring pop-up winter playground, is set to return to Singapore’s Bayfront Event Space. From 9 December 2023 to 21 January 2024, this event promises to bring a slice of the Arctic to tropical Singapore, complete with real snow, engaging activities, and festive food.
A Winter Adventure Awaits: Encompassing a sprawling 3,000 square meters, Ice Magic’s return is grander than ever. It’s not just a playground; it’s a comprehensive winter experience. This year’s highlights include Singapore’s first-ever Carousel on Ice, bringing a whimsical twist to a classic fairground ride, and the longest snow slope in the city, offering a thrilling sledging experience.
Thrilling Snow and Ice Activities: The double-lane couple ice slide is a standout feature, providing an exhilarating experience as visitors race down the icy lanes. Additionally, the event offers a range of activities catering to all ages, from snowball fights to ice skating, ensuring that every visitor, whether young or young at heart, finds something to enjoy.
Enchanted Evenings and Culinary Delights: As the sun sets, Ice Magic will transform into a luminous winter wonderland. The Arctic winter lights installation promises a mesmerizing evening ambiance, perfect for family outings or romantic strolls. Adjacent to the playground, the Winter Food Village will tantalize taste buds with a variety of winter-themed foods and beverages, ranging from hearty Swiss Rostis to warming mulled wine, ensuring a delightful culinary experience.
Ticketing and Timing: Early bird tickets offer a discounted entry of $29 (from the usual price of $39) and are available for purchase from 16 November 2023 on SISTIC. This limited-time offer provides an opportunity for visitors to plan for this festive season. The event operates daily from 10 am to 7 pm, with the Winter Food Village open until 10 pm, extending to midnight on New Year’s Eve for a special celebration.
