This Father’s Day, treat your dad to an exquisite culinary experience at Hai Tien Lo, Pan Pacific Singapore’s renowned Cantonese restaurant. From June 7th to 16th, 2024, Hai Tien Lo offers two meticulously crafted set menus that promise to deliver a memorable celebration.

Harmony Parents Feast

The “Harmony Parents Feast” is an eight-course culinary journey designed to delight the senses. Highlights include:

Braised Lobster with Fish Maw and Superior Stock (黄焖鱼肚龙虾汤): A luxurious combination of lobster and fish maw, served in a rich, savory broth.

Wok-fried Australian Scallops with Prawns, Seasonal Vegetables, and Truffle Sauce (松露酱炒碧绿虾球带子): A dish that balances the freshness of seafood with the earthiness of truffle.

Braised Whole Abalone with Homemade Bean Curd, Seasonal Vegetables, and Oyster Sauce (蚝皇大吉鲍鱼自制豆腐时蔬): Featuring tender abalone and silky bean curd, complemented by a rich oyster sauce.

This menu is priced at $188 per person and is served family-style, requiring a minimum of four diners  .

Heart-Warming Kinship Platter

For a lighter yet equally sumptuous option, the “Heart-Warming Kinship Platter” offers six courses, including:

Sliced Crispy Barbecued Suckling Pig, Jelly Fish, Scallops, Prawn Paste, wrapped with Vermicelli (乳猪海蜇,帶子龙须卷): A platter that combines diverse textures and flavours, perfect for sharing.

Double-boiled Lobster, Abalone, Fish Maw, and Young Coconut (椰皇炖花胶鲍鱼龙虾汤): A nourishing soup that blends premium seafood with the refreshing taste of young coconut.

Sautéed Dragon Grouper Roll, Asparagus, Lily Bulbs, with Signature Homemade XO Chilli Sauce (极品酱芦笋百合炒龙趸卷): A flavorful dish where the grouper is enhanced by the crunch of asparagus and the spice of XO sauce.

This menu is priced at $178 per person and is available for a minimum of two diners.
