Casper’s philosophy is built on the idea of survival through reinvention. Co-founder Lee Rosli puts it candidly, “We call ourselves Casper because, like ghosts, we’re masters of survival. Always adapting, changing shape, and sneaking into new spaces. Who says ghosts can’t have fun?” In Singapore’s ever-changing F&B world, this sense of resilience feels both timely and refreshing.
Drinks That Speak in Flavours
The cocktail program is a standout because it strips away unnecessary complexity. Instead of flashy garnishes or elaborate glassware, the drinks are defined by their flavour profile. Think Tomato (Volcan Blanco, tomato, tomato acid, Ancho Reyes Poblano) or Mushroom (Sazerac Rye Whiskey, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Lost Explorer Espadin, mushroom, beef, citrus) for something savoury. If indulgence is more your style, Dates blends coffee, milk, and chocolate while Cakeoffers a whimsical nod to dessert in liquid form. For variety, rotating pickleback juices, Guinness, Highballs, and stacked sandwiches add a sense of play to the menu.

Casper is not a static concept. The art on the walls changes quarterly, the music curated by their resident DJ shifts with the seasons, and the menu evolves to reflect new inspirations. One of their most anticipated events is Frequency Nights, held on the second last Thursday of every month, designed to showcase deep rhythms and good energy in an intimate setting.
