February is usually a noisy month for Valentine’s Day promotions, but PAUL is taking a quieter, more French approach in 2026. From 1 to 28 February 2026, the heritage French bakery-café is rolling out a Valentine’s collection built around a simple idea. Breakfast for two, good coffee, and proper desserts.

The centrepiece of this year’s celebration is Breakfast at PAUL, available daily until 11.30am. The sets are designed for two people and come in three combinations. Two All-Day Breakfast mains for $38.90, two mains with two beverages for $47.90, or the full version with two mains, two drinks, and a Crème Brûlée to share for $56.90. It is positioned as an easy, unforced way to start Valentine’s Day without turning it into a full production.

The All-Day Breakfast menu reads like a greatest-hits list of French café classics. There is the Croque Madame with turkey ham, Emmental and a fried egg, the Salmon Benedict with poached eggs and hollandaise on brioche, and the more substantial Breakfast Steak & Egg with beef sirloin, potato pancake, turkey bacon, avocado, mushrooms, and toast. There is also a Croissant Benedict that swaps the usual base for PAUL’s signature buttery croissant.
If breakfast is the practical part of the celebration, the sweets are where PAUL leans fully into Valentine’s mode. The Heart-Shaped Macarons ($9.90) return in raspberry, alongside Raspberry & Crème Macarons ($10.90). For those who want variety, the Mini Macarons box ($21.90, U.P. $25.90) offers an assorted selection in a more shareable format.

There is also a small, simple keepsake in the form of a PAUL reusable bag ($8.90) for those who want something to bring home beyond the pastries.
This is not a loud or flashy Valentine’s campaign. It is very on-brand for PAUL. Sit down, eat properly, have dessert, and take your time.
